Martinsville

I'm in Martinsville now.

There are many things I like about it here, such as the authentic southern hospitality, quaint mom & pops diners, the warm weather, and beer sold at gas stations.

I'm getting settled into my apartment.

The decor of it is kind of beach/tiki themed.

I need more stuff and for it not to be tacky. Oh well.

Yeah, Wal*Mart helped me out a lot for the bathroom.

Ah, so today I finalized everything and got my Jeep Wrangler.

There was a thunderstorm today so I didn't get to take the top down.

There's so much that goes into moving and starting your own life.

It's insane.

I still didn't even get my Virginia teaching license yet.

But I have everything I need.

God is good.

There is a Baptist church that a couple of the other third grade teachers go to, so I'm checking it out Sunday.

Last week I visited an Assembly of God church.

Wow.

The south sure is interesting.
